| This traditionally styled 2 Bedroom apartment is located on the
family
resort of Terrazas de la Paz in Golf Del Sur. This complex is ideal for families
as it is close to all
amenities. The commercial centre is just a few minutes
walk away and another couple of minutes takes you to the
seafront. With buses stopping right outside the door it is easy
to get to the busier resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos
too. This apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor
so it has easy access for pushchairs and has a front terrace
overlooking the nearby Golf Course. There are two pools
(one heated in winter) and a childrens pool and play area. Both
bedrooms have easy access to the bathroom without the need to
disturb anyone. We have priced this one sensibly for families
with no increase in prices over the summer holidays. A slightly
higher rate applies over Christmas and New Year when we only
accept bookings of at least 10 days duration, ask for details. |
